Closing the gap between design, engineering, and devOps.

In the last 25 years, the digital experience has been revolutionized, evolving CD-ROMs to static, table-based brochures. Next, was the dawn of interactive where developers built nearly every site in Adobe Flash and calling those “interactive.” And then, the iPhone launched (sans App Store) and doubled down on CSS3 and HTML5 — not Flash. Since then, web and software development professionals have the tools to focus on user interface (UI) design as a core part of their products and services. And yet, for many users, a gap exists between what they need from our apps and what we provide.

The fidelity gap is the space between the vision for and the fully realized digital experience.
